The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who has always wanted to own their own business. Someone who is willing and able to put in the time it takes to build and manage a successful restaurant. We want a working partner to handle the day-to-day operations including hiring decisions, time-managing for employee schedules, inventory management, and customer satisfaction. Our ideal candidate is someone who is present 40-50 hours a week in their OWN RESTAURANT.

Financial Qualifications

As a working partner, you’ll be expected to invest up to 49% of the start-up costs. We will be running background and credit checks on applicants.

When planning to invest in your own business, the actual cost is unknown. The cost of your time spent in research and planning is one figure that you simply can’t get back. Here at Munchies, your time is valued, that’s why we’ve done all the hard work for you, so you can focus on what matters most, getting your business up and running.

We will cover an overview of investment costs with you, so you know what is needed to invest in your own Munchies Restaurant. This includes everything from picking the right location (we recommend having a drive-thru!), choosing proper menu items, getting the best equipment, and attracting the proper customer base.

The Munchies brand is the initial investment. Owning your own restaurant backed by a successful brand that has curb appeal and attracts loyal patrons is key in the restaurant industry. We'll do everything we can to help our partners open as quickly as possible. We are committed to our partner’s success and will help guide you every step of the way.

  • No, typically, a franchise is a business owned by an individual with a licensing agreement from that company. While a partnership, like this opportunity, involves having two or more entities that operate and manage the business.

  • When partnering with Munchies, we expect our partner to work in the restaurant a minimum of 40-50 hours per week managing the store and handling the day-to-day operations.

  • You may recommend different locations for your restaurant, then munchies will handle the rest. We will do the research on the land or existing building and determine the costs of building a Munchies. We recommend having a location with plenty of parking and a drive-thru!

  • Yes. As a working partner with Munchies we will be taking a small percentage of your yearly profits. As business grows and prospers, this percentage will likely decrease.

  • Of course! We require partner’s to start with one location, as they become more successful there will be discussion of multiple locations.
